Jennifer Schlotman, Chief Executive Officer
Jennifer Schlotman is a Cincinnati native with an unparalleled passion for the sport of cheerleading. With over 20+ years of high school coaching experience that includes numerous camp and competition wins and placement at and qualification for the National High School cheerleading championships, Jennifer takes her dedication to her athletes and the sport to the next level.
Starting as a high school cheerleader under the Friday night lights, she found her home on the sideline. Throughout college and onto her coaching days while residing in Minneapolis and Boston, it became clear that cheerleading was a lifestyle that she could not ignore or live without.
Back home in Cincinnati she has coached at three 3 area high schools serving as the head of their programs and growing them into league, regional , and national champions and contenders. Jennifer sees the essence of the sport and all that it has to offer – leadership, commitment to self and team, pushing of boundaries and comfort zones, and unbridled dedication and enthusiasm. Her girls have been and always will be family. Once a part of her team, you remain so forever.
Two quotes that epitomize her love and approach that always resurface during competition season:
“You can have results or excuses, but not both.”
“Do not let anyone treat you like a yellow Starburst. You are a pink Starburst.”
Ever the cheerleader who manages multiple passions simultaneously, Jennifer is a Director of Strategy, Delivery and Retail IT Capability for Luxottica and an adjunct professor at Xavier University. She lives with her family in Hyde Park.
Amy Whittaker, Chief Operating Officer
Amy Whittaker’s love and passion for cheer began in elementary school which carried on through her participation while in Junior High and High School. A native Cincinnatian, Amy began coaching at the high school level at Mariemont. After 5+ of coaching and taking her squad to multiple competitions and championships, it was time to take her drive for cheer to the next level. While Amy and her partners love coaching at the high school level, they recognized the need for a larger program in the Cincinnati area. Amy’s drive for success comes from knowing personally how influential cheerleading truly is to young athletes and how it is so much more than just a sport. She thrives off the energy, guidance, and positive impact it has on each one of her athletes lives.
While Amy is not busy immersing herself in all that is cheer as acting COO, she maintains another career in the spa and wellness industry as the Operations Director for the local Woodhouse Day Spa Franchises. She currently resides with her husband on the east end of the city in Columbia Tusculum.
Karley Harrison, Chief Creative Officer
Karley Harrison is also a Cincinnati native who has demonstrated a passion for cheerleading since she was a young girl. She started very early in youth cheer and continued cheering throughout Junior High & High School. A freshman cheerleader on Varsity, Karley earned numerous awards for skills and spirit. Her career of cheering and coaching has been filled with taking home 1st place at several competitions and camps. For her, the hallmarks of cheerleading are the confidence that is gained by the athletes, the athleticism that is showcased, the choreography that is created, and the character that is built for both the individual and the team. Karley’s love for the cheer community and all that it brings, is why she did not hesitate in partnering to create Infinite Cheer.
Along with her husband, Karley lives on the north side of Cincinnati. In addition to all things Infinite Cheer, she continues to pursue her passion in real estate and property management industries. Karley is a leader in Cincinnati with SNS Management Firm.
Ginny Caesar, Head Coach & Social Media Development
Ginny Caesar is a first-year student at the University of Dayton studying Communications with a concentration in Public Relations. She cheered for a short three years in high school but fell in love with the sport quickly and received so many amazing opportunities through cheer. Ginny served as team captain her senior year and led her squad to league and regional titles, as well as competing and placing at UCA Nationals in two different categories.
Being a cheerleader has taught her so many life lessons: the best teams are made of a variety of people and personalities, hard work will always pay off, and there’s no bad day or feeling a pretty bow in your hair can’t fix. Cheerleading truly is one of Ginny’s favorite things, and she is so happy to continue to share her passion with others. Simply put, Ginny is over the moon to be working with Infinite Cheer Cincinnati!

Cheering has always been Reagan’s passion – from her time cheering on a football team to stepping onto a national competition mat – she loves it all! She is incredibly excited to work with and be a part of Infinite Cheer and seeks to inspire others with her enthusiasm.
